City Hall

The City of Chandler provides Water, Waste Water and Trash services to the residents and businesses within the city limits of the City of Chandler. To apply for service complete an application form (available online or at City Hall) and deliver it to City Hall with a photo I.D., a copy of your rental or lease agreement (if applicable) and a deposit:  $100.00 if renting or leasing or $50.00 if you own your own home. Utility bills will be mailed out on the 1st of the month and are due on the 10th of the month. Penalties will be assessed if the bill is not paid by the 15th of the month.

The City Manager is the Chief Executive Officer of the City of Chandler. The Manager has various departments that assist him in meeting the needs of the residents and businesses of the City of Chandler. These departments include Administration, Cemetery, Court, Emergency Management, Library, Police, Fire, Ambulance, Code Enforcement, Golf, Lake, Park & Rec, Streets, Sanitation, Water, Waste Water and Distribution.
