Dear Residents,

Coming June 1, 2023 the City of Chandler will be launching a new online billing and payment service called FrontDesk.  This will offer you greater flexibility to view and pay your utility bill online.  In addition, you will have options to enroll in AutoPay and receive Electronic notifications.  Visit https://chandlerok.frontdeskgworks.com/ and create a new account (this link will replace the currently utility bill pay link on the city website).  You will be automatically enrolled in E-billing once your login is created.  To enroll in autopay, click into the pay bills tab in the menu on the left side of the screen, then click into payment preferences on the following screen.  From there you will be able to enroll in autopay using a payment method of your choice.  Listed below are the dates by which you would need to sign up for FrontDesk in order to continue with that service:

                           *    E-bills   07/31/2023

                           *    ACH      07/31/2023

                           *    Online Utility payments 06-15-2023
